Refunds & Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item of the same value, please return to the below address with a Returns Number and your new item will be sent within 5-7 working days. If the item for which you are exchanging is of a higher value, the additional funds must be cleared before the new item is sent.

The items must be returned in its original packaging and condition, fit for re-sale, with the Returns Number enclosed.  All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned in an unfit condition for resale. Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch but we do recommend that on receipt you check the item. 

We must be notified of any damages or missing/faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery with an explanation of the fault. In this case, we may replace the item at our discretion. If you decide to cancel the order then you be liable for the cost of the delivery and also for the return. We recommend that a signed for service is used to return the item to ensure that items are received.

Refunds will only be processed after goods have been returned to and received by Motif8 Embroidery and Print Ltd.
