Delivery & Returns
Our delivery charges are weight based
All delivery charges are dependent on weight and size of parcel. Please add your products to the cart and go to the checkout and enter your shipping address to have an estimated delivery charge for your order.
Please be aware that some items may take up to 21 days for delivery, Please ring for advice if required. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.
Delivery promises are given in good faith and generally expected to be kept, but orders are accepted on the understanding that we are not held responsible for delays beyond our control. Our estimated order turnaround time is listed by the product of each webpage, and may vary if embroidery or print is requested, or the item is out of stock from our supplier. During busy periods, this can be extended up to 6-8 weeks.
Goods must be examined on arrival and shortages or damages notified within 5 days as otherwise no claim can be entertained.

Orders Made via Email or Telephone
Orders made through our offline sales team will be subject to quote based delivery charges. We use the guidelines above, however larger orders will be subject to a higher delivery fee. Your sales representative will inform you of any delivery charges.
Couriers We Use:
Our Couriers are Tuffnells, APC Overnight & TNT. We do not use sub-contracted couriers or a 'man in a van'
Certain areas of Great Britain are classed as non-mainland and therefore an international delivery. These areas will incur a higher carriage charge than UK Mainland. We do not profit from delivery charges, you pay what we pay.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item of the same value, please return to the below address with a Returns Number and your new item will be sent within 5-7 working days. If the item for which you are exchanging is of a higher value, the additional funds must be cleared before the new item is sent.
The items must be returned in its original packaging and condition, fit for re-sale. All postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We reserve the right to charge a realistic fee for repackaging if the product is returned in an unfit condition for resale. Everything that we send out is checked prior to despatch but we do recommend that on receipt you check the item.
Please note that all items in our catalogue are plain items which we then decorate accordingly. This includes, but is not limited to;
- Military Clothing
- Sports Team Kit
- School Uniform
Items which have been personalised to your specifications may not be returned and are not covered under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Returns are accepted at Motif8's discretion. Decisions will be made based on the likelihood of being able to re-sell the item you are returning.
All returns must be authorised by Motif8 Embroidery and Print Ltd.
We must be notified of any damages or missing/faulty goods within 48 hours of delivery with an explanation of the fault. In this case, we may replace the item at our discretion. If you decide to cancel the order then you will be liable for the cost of the delivery and also for the return. We recommend that a signed for service is used to return the item to ensure that items are received.
Refunds will only be processed after goods have been returned to and received by Motif8 Embroidery and Print Ltd.
Items in our Sales/Clearance section are non-refundable. Returns for these items will not be accepted and the buyer remains liable for any re-packaging and postage costs to send these items back to the original recipient.
